Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number and original email address.
Exchanges & returns are only offered for domestic orders.
Please try to keep original packaging so you can re-use once we email you a return label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Business days are Monday-friday.
Please allow up to 6 business days for processing to start.
We will not process any returns until the conditions of product have been confirmed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- Free shipping to all US-based addresses
- exchanges must be made for a different size of the same item
- If we don't have the size you requested we will refound only full priced items, sale items will receive store credit.
- When your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item and create your exchange order. Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your item for us to process exchange or refunds.
- When an exchange has been accepted, you will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label via email.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt and confirmation of the product's returned condition.
Store credit
We will issue a digital gift card code only valid online.
Credit will be based on value of items
If we are unable to exchange or repair an item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue you a gift card or store credit.
